We have developed a robust Summer Associate Program for law clerks to integrate fully into the firm and experience life as an associate with Dority & Manning. Our goal is to recruit passionate students who will exceed expectations, live out firm values, and help advance our mission and vision.
Dority & Manning partners with multiple universities to offer a cooperative education program for undergraduate students. Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in science or engineering join the firm in a capacity that allows them to gain first-hand knowledge about IP law and explore intellectual property as a future career. Many of our undergraduate students later join us as patent agents or attend law school and return as attorneys. Some of our recently elected principals were once undergraduate students at the firm!

- EE/CS Attorney
Dority & Manning is seeking a patent attorney with a specialization in the electrical and computer science arts to join one of our teams on the forefront of technology. Candidates can expect to work primarily on matters related to patent prosecution and litigation for Fortune 100 companies as well as other national and international clients. A successful candidate will offer 2+ years of experience with varying electrical and software technologies; a focus in artificial intelligence and machine learning would be ideal.
