We are seeking a patent attorney or agent with a specialization in the chemical arts. You can expect to work primarily on matters related to patent drafting and prosecution, opinion work, licensing, and the occasional M&A support. We partner with Fortune 500 companies, research universities, and successful startups. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience.
Electrical/Computer Science Technologies Patent Attorney or Agent
We are seeking a patent attorney or agent with a specialization in the electrical and computer science arts. You can expect to work primarily on matters related to patent prosecution and litigation for Fortune 100 companies as well as other national and international clients. A successful candidate will offer 2+ years of experience with varying electrical and software technologies; a focus in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or telecommunications would be ideal.
Cooperative Education (Co-op)
We are seeking undergraduate and graduate students for cooperative education and internship opportunities! You can expect to work on projects related to patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, litigation, and gain exposure to administrative tasks within the firm. A successful candidate must be earning an undergraduate or graduate degree in a science or technical field such as physics, computer science, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or the like. We are seeking a patent attorney or agent with a specialization in the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts. You can expect to work primarily on matters related to patent drafting and prosecution for Fortune 100 companies as well as other national and international clients. A successful candidate will offer 2+ years of experience with varying mechanical technologies.
We are seeking current law school students (1Ls and 2Ls) for opportunities within our Summer 2024 law clerk program. You can expect to work directly with attorneys on meaningful projects related to patent prosecution and patent litigation matters. A successful candidate must hold an undergraduate degree in STEM, including but not limited to chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science/engineering, physics, or the like. Uber IP Legal Scholars Program
We are seeking current 1L students for the Summer 2024 Uber + Dority & Manning IP Legal Scholars program. The Dority + Uber Legal Scholars Program is designed to provide 1L students of all backgrounds an opportunity for unique exposure to the field of intellectual property law. The program offers insight into two key roles within the IP field: In-house counsel (Uber) and private practice (Dority). Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in a science or technical field such as electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields.
