Electrical/Computer Science Technologies Patent Attorney or Agent
We are seeking a patent attorney or agent with a specialization in the electrical and computer science arts. You can expect to work primarily on matters related to patent drafting and prosecution for Fortune 100 companies as well as other national and international clients. A successful candidate will offer 2+ years of experience with patent drafting in electrical and software technologies. A focus in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or telecommunications would be ideal. Cooperative Education (Co-op)
We are seeking undergraduate and graduate students for cooperative education and internship opportunities! You can expect to work on projects related to patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, litigation, and gain exposure to administrative tasks within the firm. A successful candidate must be earning an undergraduate or graduate degree in a science or technical field such as physics, computer science, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or the like.
