Electrical/Computer Science Technologies Patent Attorney or Agent

We are seeking a patent attorney or agent with a specialization in the electrical and computer science arts. You can expect to work primarily on matters related to patent drafting and prosecution for Fortune 100 companies as well as other national and international clients. A successful candidate will offer 2+ years of experience with patent drafting in electrical and software technologies. A focus in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or telecommunications would be ideal. We are accepting applications for various locations including Raleigh-Durham, NC; Seattle, WA; and Greenville, SC.

Cooperative Education (Co-op)

We are seeking undergraduate and graduate students for cooperative education and internship opportunities! You can expect to work on projects related to patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, litigation, and gain exposure to administrative tasks within the firm. A successful candidate must be earning an undergraduate or graduate degree in a science or technical field such as physics, computer science, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or the like. Docketing Coordinator

We are seeking an entry level docketing coordinator to join our legal support team! As a docketing coordinator you can expect to review all incoming patent and trademark office documents, generate detailed reports, and correspond with internal and external counsel regularly. We are seeking a Team Lead to join our firm! You can expect to supervise a team of intellectual property coordinators by leading workflow and performance management while partnering with firm leadership to effectively meet client needs. A successful candidate will have at least five years of relevant administrative experience with at least three years of leadership/supervisory experience. You can expect to work primarily on matters related to patent drafting and prosecution for Fortune 100 companies as well as other national and international clients. A successful candidate will offer 2+ years of experience with varying mechanical technologies. Law Clerks

We are seeking current law school students for opportunities within our Summer 2024 law clerk program. You can expect to work directly with attorneys on meaningful projects related to patent prosecution and patent litigation matters. A successful candidate must hold an undergraduate degree in STEM, including but not limited to chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science/engineering, physics, or the like. Senior Trademark Paralegal

We are seeking a Senior Trademark Paralegal to join our firm. You can expect to support attorneys with comprehensive trademark searches and analysis, maintain an active trademark docket, and act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding trademark matters. A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a trademark paralegal within a law firm or in-house role.
