Working at D&M

We are forward-thinking. Not only in our approach to client services, but also in our approach to organizational infrastructure. We are constantly asking ourselves how can we make D&M a better place to work?
The D&M experience is ideal for IP attorneys, agents, and business professionals who desire fast-paced, innovative, challenging, and interesting work. We believe successful teams are built on three key components: diversity, collaboration, and respect with one another — and our clients.
This environment allows us to perform at our best. And when you feel that you are performing your best at work, you typically enjoy it! We are grateful to maintain a high retention rate and continue to invest and empower team members as we strive to challenge the status quo together.
