Dority & Manning is proud to announce that Heidi C. Hood has joined the firm. Heidi’s skills and experience expand the firm’s capabilities in the mechanical and electromechanical arts. Heidi is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the South Carolina Bar.

Heidi earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University (magna cum laude) and a J.D. from University of South Carolina School of Law (cum laude). During college, Heidi interned at General Electric in the areas of gas turbine combustion and controls technology. Prior to joining Dority & Manning, Heidi clerked for the Honorable Jacquelyn D. Austin, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of South Carolina.
