Dority & Manning is proud to announce that Maegen W. Stokes has joined the firm.  Maegen’s skills and experience expand the firm’s capabilities in the mechanical arts.  Maegen is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the South Carolina Bar.

Maegen earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a J.D. from Charleston School of Law, both cum laude.  In law school, Maegen received the CALI award for Legal Research and Writing as well as for Constitutional Law.  Prior to entering law school, Maegen worked at an engineering firm, where she was involved with process engineering for industrial facility design.  During law school, Maegen worked at an environmental consulting firm, where she was involved with environmental engineering projects concerning soil, groundwater, and wastewater remediation, as well as waste-to-energy facilities.
