Having begun my journey as an undergraduate co-op intern at Dority & Manning, I am proud to continue my career at D&M as a patent agent. I enjoy collaborating with inventors and exploring emerging technologies to help clients secure and strategically leverage patent protection.

Brooke’s Experience
Brooke’s legal practice centers on supporting patent prosecution and portfolio development in the mechanical and electromechanical fields, with particular experience in the agricultural and construction industries. She regularly works with technologies such as construction machinery, control systems, and power generation equipment. Brooke’s technical background enables her to translate complex engineering concepts into effective intellectual property strategies that support long-term growth and commercialization.
In addition to domestic matters, Brooke plays a key role in collaborating with international firms and managing global patent filings, helping clients protect their innovations across multiple jurisdictions.
