Liam renders opinions on patent validity, patent infringement, and right-to-practice issues.
Liam also interfaces with international law firms to manage and direct prosecution of patent applications across the world.
Liam joined Dority & Manning as an associate attorney in 2020.
Prior to joining Dority & Manning, Liam worked as a summer associate for both Dority & Manning and an intellectual property firm in San Diego, California where he drafted and prosecuted patent applications within the chemical and mechanical arts.
Education: Clemson University (B.S., Chemical Engineering, cum laude, 2017); University of Houston Law Center (J.D., summa cum laude, 2020).
Honors: Order of the Coif; LEX award for Contracts and Lawyering Skills and Strategies 1 and 2; University of Houston Law Center Co-Director’s Award for best student-authored paper in the IP field.
