Evan provides clients with comprehensive patent prosecution services, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, drafting responses to office actions, preparing appeal briefs, and managing divisional and continuation applications for complex patent families. Evan works with a diverse range of clients, from single-inventor start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them navigate the complexities of intellectual property.
With experience in private practice and as a former USPTO patent examiner in Art Unit 2131 (focused on computer memory access and control), Evan leverages his unique background to deliver strategic insights and effective solutions for his clients.
