Dority & Manning Welcomes Patent Litigators Nicole Cunningham and Steve Moore
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (October 24, 2022) – Intellectual Property firm Dority & Manning, P.A. has recently expanded its litigation practice with the hiring of two experienced IP litigators, Nicole Cunningham and Steve Moore. Cunningham and Moore join Dority & Manning’s newly opened San Diego office.
Cunningham and Moore each have substantial trial experience in patent and complex litigation matters. Both worked with AmLaw 100 firms for over a decade and have practical experience in patent litigation in U.S. District Courts, before the Patent Trials and Appeals Board, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission.
As a rapidly growing full-service IP firm, adding experienced litigators and another office “will have a significant impact on our expanding litigation team as well as our ability to service West Coast clients,” said Tim Williams, Dority & Manning’s Litigation Practice Chair. The litigation additions and San Diego office opening follow on the heels of the Raleigh-Durham office opening in June 2022.
