Tim’s expertise spans patent portfolio management, IP due diligence, and litigation.

Tim has had the privilege of serving clients across diverse industries, including polymer chemistry and compounding, paper technology, biologics and pharmaceuticals, textile engineering, semiconductor wafer processing and chip manufacturing, and polymer catalyst chemistry. Tim’s business focused approach has led to the monetization of countless IP assets resulting in royalty payments, settlements, and other competitive advantages.

Tim excels in portfolio management, specializing in maximizing the value of intellectual property assets. His expertise includes crafting strategic plans aligned with business objectives, conducting patent validity analyses, providing clear non-infringement opinions, and offering strategic pre-litigation counsel.
