Matthew’s Experience
Matthew assists with U.S. and international patent procurement and global IP portfolio management in the electromechanical and mechanical arts. He has experience with many technologies in those fields, including agricultural equipment and control systems, power generation systems, aviation systems, automotive components, consumer appliances, and manufacturing methods and equipment.
Prior to joining D&M, Matthew worked as an associate at a boutique intellectual property firm in the Los Angeles area where he drafted and prosecuted applications related to various technologies, drafted infringement opinions, and drafted various motions in patent and trademark litigation matters. He also gained valuable experience during an externship at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
