As a software engineer with a passion for law, I am delighted at the opportunity to work hand in hand with both inventors and major corporations seeking to advance their IP portfolios. I began my career at D&M as a Patent Agent, and was thrilled to return as an Associate after completing my legal studies. I enjoy partnering with our clients to develop strategic IP solutions that align with their business goals.

Tyler’s practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications primarily directed to electrical and computer-implemented subject matter. Tyler manages complex patent portfolios for clients within a variety of industry groups including digital image processing, AI, ML, telecommunications, autonomous vehicles, IoT, and electronic devices. He also has experience contesting administrative proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including AIA post grant review proceedings such as inter partes reviews.
Prior to law school, Tyler gained valuable industry experience while working as a software developer for an international, cloud based construction software company.
