My academic background in chemical engineering inspired an IP career catered towards medical, software, mining, mechanical, and chemical arts. My practice spans a wide variety of intellectual property areas including advanced IP strategies, international IP protection strategies, patent prosecution, and portfolio management. That varied experience gives me a broad foundation to aid clients effectively, with their individual business goals at the forefront of every decision.

Elizabeth’s experience includes various assets of IP protection including patent prosecution, patent litigation, intellectual portfolio management, IP contracts, and strategic portfolio analysis. Her primary goal is ensuring her clients are able to make strategic decisions in their representative industries. Elizabeth believes the best way to achieve this goal is through transparent communication and proactive collaboration.
Elizabeth’s technical expertise covers a broad range of technologies, including heating and cooling systems, medical treatment and rehabilitation devices, automotive components, lighting components, gaming devices, power generation systems, and household appliances.
