As a D&M Litigation Partner, I represent and advise clients in complex cases involving claims of patent, trademark, and copyright infringement. My IP experience covers many facets of litigation including client counseling, analyzing patent infringement and validity, and managing both offensive and defensive litigation strategies.

Jason’s Experience

Jason is a member of D&M’s Litigation Team and litigates cases involving claims of patent, trademark, and copyright infringement. Jason has fourteen years of litigation experience.

Jason litigates intellectual property cases for global clients in software, electrical, and mechanical industries. He also handles trademark and copyright disputes for clients within a wide range of industries including textiles, apparel, and lighting companies, among others.

Jason’s experience covers many facets of intellectual property litigation including counseling clients on pre-litigation matters, including analyzing patent infringement and validity, as well as managing both offensive and defensive patent litigation strategies.

Prior to joining Dority & Manning, Jason worked as a litigator representing clients in both state and federal court in matters that included construction litigation, products liability, insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, and breach of contract.

Prior to law school, Jason gained much engineering experience while working with consulting engineering firms designing power, lighting, communication, and fire alarm systems for commercial and residential buildings.
