  • He has also served as an expert witness in numerous patent infringement actions and is a qualified mediator in intellectual property matters.
  • After receiving his degree in chemical engineering he worked as an engineer in synthetic fiber technology for three years before attending law school.
  • After law school, he worked as a patent attorney for Monsanto Corporation in vinyl polymer, foam and packaging technologies and for Deering Milliken Research Corporation in various textile technologies before beginning his career in the private practice.
