Experience:


  • Steve has been with Dority & Manning since 2001 and is a Shareholder.
  • Steve has familiarity with technologies such as reactor operations, nuclear instrumentation, radiological controls, and environmental remediation, power generation, textile machinery and products, and explosive ordnance.
  • Prior to attending law school, Steve served eight years as a U.S. Naval Officer on nuclear submarines and two years as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Energy in nuclear and hazardous waste operations.
  • After law school, Steve practiced in general litigation, gaining extensive first chair experience in state and federal courts. Steve has tried to conclusion over 60 cases in state and federal courts.
  • In 2000, Steve began specializing in intellectual property law.
