  • He served as an engineer testing steam generators for the Trident Nuclear Submarine power plant.
  • He clerked for a Federal Judge at the U.S. Court of Claims in Washington, D.C., with a docket of patent infringement cases brought against the Federal Government.
  • Jim represented clients in Federal Courts in lawsuits involving utility patents, design patents, trademarks & copyrights, from pre-filing analysis and planning through petition before the U.S. Supreme Court.
