DORITY & MANNING BECOMES CORPORATE AFFILIATE OF CAROLINA MICROOPTICS TRIANGLE

Dority & Manning has joined the Corporate Affiliates Program of the Carolina MicroOptics Triangle, a partnership between Clemson University, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Western Carolina University.  Collectively, these three universities have optics-related commitments totaling 225,000 square feet of work space, $57M investment in new buildings, $29M investment in equipment, 37 Professors, and 30 Staff.  The CMOT has targeted for future growth core regional industries such as:  Advanced Manufacturing, Automotive Technologies, Defense/Homeland Security, Life Sciences and Telecommunications.
