Tim is a chemical engineering graduate with extensive litigation and trial experience.
He has represented clients in various intellectual property disputes, including cases of alleged patent, trademark, and copyright infringement.
Tim’s practice at Dority & Manning, P.A. also includes preparation and drafting of infringement and noninfringement opinions, clearance opinions, and the prosecution of patent and trademark applications. Representation in these matters has included areas such as athletic wear, electroplating solutions, automated control systems, hydraulic power and control systems, paper manufacturing, plasma arc torches, product metering devices, sports equipment, tire systems, waste treatment, water filtration, and tire technologies.
Prior to joining Dority & Manning, P.A., Tim represented clients in both state and federal court in matters that included products liability, insurance defense, personal injury, breach of contract, and bad faith insurance claims.
