Experience: Doug joins Dority & Manning after nearly nine years of litigation practice, with lead counsel experience in numerous matters. Doug has tried cases to verdict, managed ongoing litigation, and mediated contested matters in numerous areas of law. Doug has also advised clients with regard to intellectual property and competition issues, as well as contractual and other business matters.
