Significant experience in all aspects of U.S. and international patent prosecution, license matters, patent related opinion matters including infringement/non-infringement and patent validity opinions, intellectual property due diligence investigations, and intellectual property aspects of acquisitions and mergers.
Completed the U.S. Navy’s intensive Nuclear Propulsion program and served as an engineering officer and weapons officer on a Navy Ballistic Missile Submarine until entering law school.
